Lisa Davies

 

Lisa was originally a rock lead guitarist and toured the U.K. and Europe with all-female rock band 'The Playgirls' for ten years. During this time, she secured artist endorsement agreements with Parker Guitars in the U.S. and Roland in the U.K. 

 

In 2006 Lisa was awarded the first music scholarship at the University of Kent at Medway. She was the president of the Universities at Medway Music Society and a founder member of the Universities at Medway Big Band and having achieved a fiirst class degree in Music Technology she now teachers at the University of Kent.

 

She is a freelance musician, and most recently, Lisa has been collaborating with musicians one the Island of Gozo to create electronic music with the band "Spirit Bomb'.
